Try before you unseal

Every order includes a free 2ml tester vial of your fragrance. Test it on your skin first, and only open the sealed box once you're sure. This way you can experience the fragrance without losing your right of return.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within those 14 days at info@artediluce.nl. You then have another 14 days to return the product.

Important: sealed products

Perfume is a product with a hygiene seal. In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal on the box is broken.

Sealed box: full right of return within 14 days.
Opened box / broken seal: the product can no longer be returned. Use the included 2ml tester vial to test the fragrance first.

Return conditions

The box must be unopened, with the seal intact.
Include your order number with the return.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of shipment.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@artediluce.nl with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.
