1. Who we are

2. Applicability

These terms apply to offers made by Arte di Luce and to orders placed through our website, subject to mandatory consumer law.

3. Products and artwork

Each Arte di Luce fragrance is paired with its own original artwork. Product photography is intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible; screen settings and production tolerances can cause minor visual differences.

4. Prices and payment

Displayed consumer prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Order and delivery

Delivery is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Withdrawal and returns

For online consumer purchases where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to notify us of withdrawal. Our full-size fragrance orders include a 2 ml tester so the fragrance can be experienced before opening the sealed full-size product. Any exception relating to a sealed product is applied only where the legal requirements for that exception are met. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

7. Conformity

Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us so we can assess and resolve the issue.

8. Product use

Perfume is for external cosmetic use. Follow the warnings and ingredient information on the product and packaging.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, artwork, product designs, photography and text may be protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without the relevant permission.

10. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be submitted to info@artediluce.nl. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain applicable.
