1. Who we are

Arte di Luce is operated by ArtediLuce, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 86582291, VAT number NL004272478B26, located at Willibrorduslaan 144, Valkenswaard, the Netherlands.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by Arte di Luce and to every order placed through our website. By placing an order you accept these terms.

3. Products

Every Arte di Luce bottle is hand-painted by an independent artist. Small variations in the artwork are inherent to the handmade nature of the product and are not defects. Product images are as accurate as possible, but the artwork on your bottle will always be unique.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout through the payment methods offered. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; in that case you may cancel your order free of charge.

5. Order and delivery

An agreement is concluded once you receive our order confirmation by email. Delivery takes place in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Stated delivery times are indicative.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For perfume, this right expires once the hygiene seal on the box is broken. Full details, including our free 2ml tester system, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Conformity and warranty

We guarantee that products conform to the agreement and to the specifications stated in the offer. If a product is defective on arrival, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full. Your statutory rights as a consumer are never limited by these terms.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and without prejudice to your statutory rights. Perfume is for external cosmetic use only; always read the label and ingredient information before use.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork, product designs, photography and text on this website are the property of Arte di Luce and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be submitted to info@artediluce.nl. We respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
