Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control, but we will always help you track down your parcel.
Shipping restrictions
Perfume is classified as a dangerous good (flammable liquid) for transport purposes. For this reason we currently only ship within the European Union via road transport. We cannot ship to PO boxes or destinations that require air freight.
Damaged or lost parcels
Every bottle is hand-painted and one of a kind, so we pack each order with extra care. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@artediluce.nl within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will start an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
