Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders from €50. For orders under €50, the applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Other supported EU destinations: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur.

Shipping restrictions

Perfume requires specific transport handling because of its alcohol content. The destinations and shipping methods available for your order are those shown at checkout.

Damaged, incorrect or missing order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, contact info@artediluce.nl with your order number and, where useful, photos of the parcel and product. We will investigate and explain the appropriate solution.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address supplied with the order, additional reshipping costs may apply.
