Veelgestelde vragen

How long does a 50 ml bottle last?

That depends on how often and how much you spray. Every Arte di Luce full-size fragrance contains 50 ml of extrait de parfum at 30% perfume oil concentration.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on orders from €50.

Is every bottle different?

Each fragrance is paired with its own original artwork. The artwork is part of the identity and story of that fragrance; individual bottles are not hand-painted one by one.

Can I return my order?

For online consumer purchases, the statutory EU right of withdrawal generally gives you 14 days after receiving the product to notify us of a withdrawal. Full-size fragrance orders include a free 2 ml tester so you can experience the fragrance before opening the sealed full-size product. See our Returns & Refunds page for the complete conditions.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy.
